In 2006 Taco Spot opened it's doors right in the heart of Eagle Rock and directly across from Fire Station 42 (from which it procured the name for it's fiery habañero salsa). But Taco Spot is more than just about tacos. It's about flavor. From the rich, dark mole sauce smothering a plate of roasted chicken enchiladas... to the symphony of combined flavors from our rojo, verde and ranchero sauces permeating every layer of our Enchiladas Mexicanas... and of course tender cuts of marinated carne asada, shredded and piled high over a plate of golden crispy french fries, melted cheese, fresh guacamole and sour cream. In fact, maybe its time to change the name... although 'Carne Asada Fries Spot' just doesn't have quite the same ring to it.
